Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly, but the heating and air conditioning in the room were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. the spacious sitting area and dining table in the room made it feel like a home away from home, and the free wi-fi was a great convenience for staying connected. the added bonus of having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a lifesaver, allowing me to pack light and keep my clothes fresh throughout my stay. the hotel's proximity to fantastic dining options such as Dishoom Covent Garden and J Sheekey made dining out a breeze. I couldn't have been more impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in London.
